Every residential plan covers up to 16 qualifying storms during its coverage period. Your chosen plan determines the snowfall trigger, visits, cleared areas, and timing.

Visits depend on your level: Standard includes one visit per covered storm, Premium includes two if needed, and VIP Guardian includes three or more if needed. Included revisits for the same storm do not use another storm from your seasonal allowance. Service timing and revisit conditions follow your agreement.
Each qualifying snowstorm counts as one event. Included return visits for that same storm do not use another storm from your allowance. Your selected plan’s snowfall trigger and coverage period apply.
Every residential plan includes up to 16 qualifying storms during its coverage period. Additional coverage beyond that allowance must be agreed separately.
Early-bird savings are 10% when paid in full or 5% with half upfront. Seniors and veterans can receive an additional, stackable 5% discount. The selected total and eligibility are confirmed before payment.
